Refund Policy

We offer you a 30 day “No Questions Ask” full refund. If for any reason you wish to be refunded, simply notify us by the means below and we will issue you a prompt refund.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
All physical tools and orders must be returned within our Returns Policy period in re-sellable condition and in original packaging.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return any item in an unsatisfactory condition.

You must notify us within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will refund you to the Credit Card you paid with. If you paid by cash or check, we will refund you by check. We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days. We will then notify you that your refund has been processed.

If you are within 30 days of purchase, you may return the product for a full refund of your purchase price.
